Different From Background and Template !
Some people are not sure about the different between blogger background and template .
firstly ,
em telling you about a template .
Template is not have a flexible features .when you use template ,it has own features and fixed layout .
If u use a template It is already decorated
secondly ,
background is a simple pictures .
in case if you use a blogger layout ,then u can use choose any layout and maintained it as you like .
